AtSaurora-store, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligible Items for Return/Exchange
All products are eligible for return or exchange, except for the following
- Perfumes, perfume sets, deodorants
- Cosmetic products: Mascara, concealer, eyeliner, lipstick, nail polish, face and eye products
Return/Exchange Procedure
- Contact our customer care department within 3 days of receiving your order:

- Provide the order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Package the item(s) securely in the original box/packaging and ensure all accessories are included.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included in the returned package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer care team.
Replacement Orders
- If the returned item is defective, we will process a replacement order once the original package is received and inspected.
- If the return is due to a customer request, a delivery charge of $4 will be applied to the replacement order.
- Electronic items will be collected from your location, inspected by our maintenance team, and a replacement will be provided within 5-9 working days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed afterSaurora-storehas completed the quality evaluation of the returned item.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via money transfer companies.
Delivery Timeline
- Any replacement order will be delivered within 5-8 working days.
